Jeff LaHatt

Commercial Instructor Bio & Photo

Jeff LaHatt worked in the oil field for many years where he received world renown driver training. He quickly became the lead operator and trainer for new hires. Working the oil field he drove some of the heaviest trucks on the road. Driving as far north as the ice roads on the North Slope. He later worked for a cement mixing company having an opportunity to learn many different trucks types and drive in very difficult and dangerous conditions. Again he was given the task of training the new hires after only working there for a year. Later he worked in law enforcement where he once again was made a trainer of new recruits after working there a little over a year. With his wide array of experience training and time driving in some of the most difficulty truck around, Jeff is a great instructor who always seeks the best outcome for his students. He lives in Kenai with his wife and three children.
